About HubAttend
HubAttend is a HubSpot integration that helps teams track employee attendance, working hours, and break times directly inside HubSpot CRM.
After installation, users can manage attendance from CRM records and view reports in a centralized dashboard.
1. Install HubAttend
Go to the HubSpot App Marketplace and search for "HubAttend".
Click "Install App" and authorize your HubSpot account via OAuth.
After installation, HubAttend will be available inside your HubSpot portal.
2. Enable CRM Cards
Open any Contact or Deal record in HubSpot.
Locate the HubAttend sidebar card.
If not visible, enable it from CRM customization settings.
3. Attendance Actions
Use the sidebar card to perform:
• Login (start working session)
• Start Break / End Break
• Logout (end working session)
4. Home Dashboard
Access HubAttend from HubSpot main navigation.
View working hours, login/logout history, break durations, and attendance overview.
After setup, all attendance data is automatically tracked and displayed.
5. HubDB Requirement
HubAttend uses HubDB to store attendance records and reports.
Ensure HubDB access is enabled in your HubSpot account.
6. Slack Integration (Optional)
Connect your Slack workspace from HubAttend settings.
Monitor employee attendance directly from Slack.
